The Fermentary Public House is a craft brewery in Lowell, Arkansas dedicated to producing high-quality beer for Northwest Arkansas. Our brewing team continues to expand our lineup of house-brewed beers while creating a destination where great beer, food, and community come together.

Fresh On Tap
IPA | 5% ABV
A classic West Coast IPA with a medium body, crisp finish, and bold hop notes of grapefruit, orange peel, pine, and a light floral spice. Firm bitterness, clean malt, and highly drinkable.
Beer
Red Ale | 5% ABV
Smooth and malt-forward with notes of caramel and toasted grain, finishing clean with a subtle hop balance.
Raspberry Wheat | 4.5% ABV
Light and easy drinking, this wheat ale brings fresh raspberry character with a slightly sweet finish.
Pale Ale | 5% ABV
Our trail ale, a low bitterness pale ale that's approachable by everyone.
Witbier | 5.5% ABV
Our spin on a Belgian witbier with orange peel and lightly cracked coriander.
Ciders
Pub Cider | 5.5% ABV
Crisp, semi-sweet cider using a blend of three different juices. Easy drinking with a clean finish.

What styles of beer do you brew? We currently have an IPA, Red Ale, Witbier, Raspberry Wheat, Pale Ale, & Pub Cider on tap. We also rotate through seasonal beers and ciders as the seasons change.
Is all of your beer brewed on site? Yes. All our beer is brewed next door in our brewery taproom
Do you offer seasonal beers? Yes. However, they are brewed in smaller batches so you have to get them once they're released. Keep an eye out on our social media and website.
Can I see what's currently on tap? Absolutely! The beer currently on tap is listed on our website and can be found listed in our pub and taproom
Do you serve non-beer options? Of course! We have a full bar and can make anything you want, we also have zero-proof options too.
Are you pet friendly? You are welcome to bring your pets into our taproom which is open Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday 11am-10pm, and Sunday 11am-9pm
