(And Great Drinks)

Built for Connection

At The Fermentary Public House, we believe a true pub is more than food and drink. It is a place to gather, to linger, and to feel at home. We created The Fermentary to be a comfortable neighborhood space where thoughtful drinks, elevated pub fare, and genuine hospitality come together effortlessly.

.

From our scratch-made dishes to our carefully crafted beer and cider, everything we serve is created with purpose. We focus on quality ingredients, balanced flavors, and classics done right with just enough twist to make them memorable.  Whether you are stopping in for a quick bite or settling in for the evening, our goal is simple. We want you to leave feeling well fed, well poured, and well taken care of.

Our beer and cider program reflects our passion for fermentation and flavor. Each batch is brewed with care, and our offerings continue to evolve as we refine and expand our craft.

As we look ahead, our brewing ambitions remain an important part of our story. The Fermentary continues to grow with intention, always rooted in quality and authenticity.

Great food and drinks matter. So does the atmosphere. So does the service. So does the feeling you get when you walk through the door.

We are here to create that experience. A place where you can relax, connect, and come back again.
