Who We Are
At The Fermentary Public House, we believe a true pub is more than food and drink, it’s a place where people connect, share stories, and feel at home. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where neighbors, friends, and travelers can gather over elevated pub fare and craft drinks
.
While we’ve built our menu with trusted partners, our belief is "quality is better closer to the source" which means we are working on building relationships with local farmers to provide as many ingredients as possible from our community. This will also extend to our next phase with the Public House, the brewery itself! Soon, you’ll be able to enjoy beer brewed in-house, crafted to reflect the character and creativity of Northwest Arkansas.

Whether you’re joining us for a casual drink, a lively evening with friends, or a special celebration, The Fermentary Public House is where community comes together and we're excited to welcome you in.

Jennifer Muckerman & Nicole Posimo | Co-Owners
Jennifer and Nicole share a love of hard work, adventure, and building community. For the past 16 years, they’ve tackled new opportunities together across four states. Jennifer has helped open two breweries, worked at two more, and earned her Master Brewer Degree from the Siebel Institute in Chicago. Nicole has spent 26 years as a traveling nanny and teacher, dedicated to serving families and creating meaningful connections wherever she goes. Meeting Larry and Becky made that vision a reality and together, they’ve created a space where hospitality, craft, and community come first.
